All of our pricing is done on a case by case basis, depending on quantity. We offer discounts as quantities go up. Each order is unique, and we structure our pricing that way. We have many options for the budget conscious as well as those looking for high end garments.
Contact us for information on our standard and newer fabrics. We are always developing and looking for new fabrics. Samples or fabric swatches upon request. Our fabrics include but are not limited to: 4 way stretch micro-fiber, micro-fiber peach, square knit, fresh mesh, dry-fit, coolmax, lycra, pearl mesh, dazzle, diamond mesh, heavy weight fleece, and many others.
Lead time for orders is typically 2-3 weeks in off peak production times, and 4-6 weeks in peak production times. Off peak production is usually from June-October, with peak falling between November through March. Due to the fact that these are highly custom garments and each order is unique, lead times will vary, as will 3rd party shipping times.
We offer full artwork included, with your input and direction. Your logos need to be provided in Adobe Illustrator (vector) format, for us to print the cleanest, clearest image. If you don't have a logo in vector format, we can convert jpegs to vector for you, at an added minimal cost. If you don't have a logo at all-we can help you create one so you can begin branding your program. We also require Pantone color codes, which helps us achieve uniform color quality throughout. If you aren't sure about your Pantone codes-but use generic colors, we can help you identify codes that fit your program. All art must be approved but the customer before production.
Defects and Return Policy
All defects must be brought to our attention within 10 days of delivery with picture documentation as well as samples from the defective lot. We will inspect and decide what action should be taken in each case individually. We do not offer returns, as these are highly custom garment and cannot be "put back on the shelf" for resale-but if it is decided that an order has been done incorrectly, we will replace the order in question. If pieces are missing, we will replace them as soon as possible, documentation provided.
